Payment Method

Withdrawal from a deposit account opened in the customer's name at an affiliated bank

Payment Period

The initial payment will be due on the service start date, and the following payments will be due on the same day of each month (or the next business day in case the date falls on a bank holiday).

Service Time

Available immediately after initial payment.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not possible.

Automatic Renewal

This service is automatically renewed each month. To stop the automatic renewal and cancel your membership, go to your GIGA app Profile page and follow the "Cancel" procedure. In order to cancel you must bring your account to a zero balance. Canceling your GIGA account will also cancel the services linked to it.

Please note that no refunds are offered even if the membership is canceled in the mid-month.
